By accessing or using any service provided by CGR Software LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the invoice request service solely for the purpose of requesting and receiving invoices from CGR Software LLC.
You may not use this service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent invoice requests.
All payments are processed through QuickBooks Online. By submitting a payment, you agree to QuickBooks' terms of service. CGR Software LLC is not responsible for payment processing errors by Intuit.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the invoice in question.
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to this service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
