CGR Software LLC ("we", "us") operates a private internal business management application. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our QuickBooks integration.
When clients submit an invoice request, we collect their name and email address solely to generate and deliver a QuickBooks invoice. We do not collect payment card information directly — all payments are processed through QuickBooks Online.
Client name and email are used exclusively to create and send a QuickBooks invoice via the QuickBooks Online API. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party other than Intuit (QuickBooks) for invoice processing.
This application connects to QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0. We store OAuth access tokens securely to facilitate invoice creation. We access only the accounting data necessary to create invoices and manage customers.
Invoice records (client name, email, amounts) are retained for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below.
